Actress Sarah Hassan denied entry into U.S for bearing a Muslim name

NEW YORK CITY - Kenyan actress Sarah Hassan has been denied entry into the United States when she arrived at the John F. Kennedy Airport in New York Tuesday morning.

The actress is a resident of the United States and visited her native Kenya for a short vacation. Despite possessing all legal documents as a resident, she was denied entry.

According to Sarah, she was deported for “seemingly no reason” and she believes her deportation has to do with her bearing a Muslim name “Hassan”.

The actress, who was traveling with a friend had the friend gaining entry into the U.S while she was deported for reasons best known to the airport officials.

“My friend Priscilla Mamka passed through with ease without answering any questions” - Sarah told the media present.

Airport officials say “reason for her deportation is very confidential. She does not meet the immigration requirements of the land”.

Mohammad Ali’s son was recently detained at the Florida Airport same for what he thinks has to do with his “Muslim name”.

President Donald Trump’s immigration war has been targeting Muslims as he tried to ban seven “Muslim majority countries”.
